X-Lake Forum
The X-Lake Forum is an international innovation forum organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, based in Shenzhen and open to the world.
From the perspective of globalisation and the innovative characteristics of the Forum, we have designed it with the initials "X" of Xili Lake, using the tilt angle of 23.45 of the Earth's rotation to reflect the big picture and foresight facing the concept of metaverse. The "X" is an abstract display of Shenzhen's global reach, reflecting the core engine function of Shenzhen and the convergence of global innovation resources.
The integrated blocks symbolise the gathering of innovation wisdom from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and the joint cultivation of the innovation ecology of the Greater Bay Area, reflecting the characteristics of integration and innovation of the Xili Lake Forum.
Through the point-to-surface dispersal, it starts from Shenzhen, integrates Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and radiates to influence the world, promoting Shenzhen's open, diversified and inclusive urban innovation culture, integrating into the global innovation network at a higher level and to a deeper extent, playing a leading role in building a globally influential science, technology and industry innovation summit, and reflecting Shenzhen's active role as an early demonstration zone of socialism.
西丽湖论坛是由科学技术部、深圳市人民政府主办，立足于深圳，面向全球的国际化创新论坛品牌。
我们从全球化的角度出发，结合论坛的创新特点，使用西丽湖首字母“X”的特征进行设计，使用地球自转的倾斜角度23.45体现了面对元宇宙概念的大局观和前瞻性，“X”即是由深圳发散到全球的抽象展示，体现深圳核心引擎功能，汇聚全球创新资源。
融合的块面象征着聚集粤港澳三地创新智慧，共同培育大湾区创新生态，体现出西丽湖论坛融合创新的特点。
通过点到面的发散，从深圳出发，融合粤港澳三地，辐射影响全球，弘扬深圳开放多元、兼容并蓄的城市创新文化，以更高水平和更深程度融入全球创新网络，发挥引领作用，建设具有全球影响力的科技和产业创新高峰论坛，体现深圳作为社会主义先行示范区的积极作用。
